By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the InpaintKit plugin or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use InpaintKit.

What We Provide

InpaintKit is a Photoshop companion plugin developed by Turned Ninja. It integrates with your Photoshop workflow and can connect to third‑party AI model providers using your own API keys.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use InpaintKit. If you are using InpaintKit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company to these terms.

License Grant

  • We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the plugin for your own work (personal or commercial).
  • One license is for one individual user. You may install the plugin on your own devices.
  • Team or multi‑seat usage requires additional licenses (one per user).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the plugin or license key.

Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law; (b) remove or alter proprietary notices; (c) rent, lease, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer the plugin or license; (d) use the plugin to violate laws, infringe rights, or breach third‑party terms; (e) bypass or defeat licensing or usage limitations.

Ownership and IP

InpaintKit and related materials are owned by InpaintKit / Turned Ninja and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license above. InpaintKit is independent and is not affiliated with Adobe, Google, Bytedance, or other providers.

Third‑Party Services and Model Providers

The plugin can send prompts/masks/inputs from Photoshop to the AI model provider you select using your own API key. Use of those services is subject to their terms and pricing. You are responsible for any charges and for complying with their policies. We do not control third‑party providers, and they may change, rate‑limit, or discontinue services at their discretion.

Payment, Delivery, and Refunds

  • Payments are processed by a third‑party provider; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • After purchase, you receive digital access to download the plugin and/or a license key.
  • We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will assist with a refund.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges as applicable in your region.

Updates and Compatibility

Your purchase includes lifetime updates as advertised. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve reliability, security, and compatibility. Target compatibility is Photoshop 24+; support for older versions is a goal but not guaranteed.

We provide email support via contact@inpaintkit.com. We make reasonable efforts to respond and help, but support is not guaranteed to be 24/7.

User Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and outputs you create and for ensuring you have the rights to use any materials involved. Do not use InpaintKit for unlawful content or in ways that violate third‑party terms.

Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without obligation or compensation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

InpaintKit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error‑free or uninterrupted, or that third‑party providers will meet your needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InpaintKit / Turned Ninja will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the plugin will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InpaintKit / Turned Ninja from claims arising out of your misuse of the plugin, your violation of these terms, or your breach of any third‑party terms when using model providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the plugin ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (for example, ownership, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of InpaintKit after changes means you accept the new terms.
